I currently work with contractors and project managers in the Columbus, Ohio area to document builds 1–2 times per month, but I’m available for one-time or ongoing projects.

Hourly Rate: $250/hour
(1-hour minimum, includes post-processing and delivery of edited images)
Recurring Project Rate:
$400 per site visit (includes 30–50 edited images via Dropbox)
Discounted pricing available for clients needing 4+ visits/month
